Oven Then Grilled Sticky Ribs- Using Pork Back Ribs. Remove silver skin on back of ribs. Cut each rack in half. Apply a generous amount of season rub to all areas of the ribs. Apply cooking spray to tinfoil, lay a half of a rack on top of tinfoil, lay 2 thin slices of of orange on top of ribs, wrap tinfoil snuggly around each half rack of ribs. Place in pre-heated 325F oven for 2 hours. Remove from oven, discard oranges.This process can be done hours before or the day before your dinner, ribs are fully cooked at this point. You can drain the fat, re-wrap, store in the fridge and finish on the grill prior to sitting down for dinner. Grilling- Pre heat grill to medium to high heat, obtain grill markings by flipping and rotating frequently then generously lather the ribs with your favourite BBQ sauce once on the bottom of the ribs and twice on the top. Rub Ingredients: 2 Tbs. of brown sugar, 1 Tbs. of chili powder, 1 Tsp. of Dry Mustard, 1/2 Tsp. of onion powder, 1/2 Tsp. of garlic powder, 2 Tsp. of salt, 1 Tsp. of ground pepper.
