As we continue to search for a dream tiny house or tiny living situation, we continue to tour tiny homes, park model RV's, cabins, mobile homes, manufactured homes, HUD homes, ADU's and even modular foldable type homes.

In this video, we toured a Tiny House made by Avery Cabin Company in Hamilton, Alabama (ANSI Park Model Tiny Home). You can find Avery Cabins at multiple dealers or you can buy direct from their factory!

This is their model AC-124 and it is 399 square feet. At this time, they do not have a floorplan online.

This home has a very unique layout. It has a great room style living area. The bathroom and bedroom are laid out side by side in a more long, rectangular shape as opposed to square. This makes the bathroom HUGE. The loft area is large and placed over the bathroom and bedroom, leaving high ceilings in the great room. Outdoor colors are amazing and they utilize permanent deck boards in lieu of wood for the front porch area. This home also has granite counters throughout and solid wood cabinets with galvanized metal fronts. A perfect second home for the lake, or a luxurious hunting cabin.with room for a couple grandkids when they come to visit. Or, a main residence if local ordinances allow you to live full time in a Park Model RV. You could easily sleep six in this home - two in the loft, two in the main bedroom and two on a sleeper sofa if you choose to add one.
