材料 Ingredients:
牛肋條 300克 - Beef ribs 300g
翠玉瓜 1條 - 1 Zucchini
軟豆腐 1磚 - 1 block of Soft Tofu
洋蔥 1個 - 1 Onion
白蘿蔔 1條 - 1 Daikon radish
金菇 1束 - 1 bunch of Enoki Mushroom
紅尖椒 1隻 - 1 Red hot pepper
蔥 少許 - Green onions
韓國辣醬 50克 - Korean Chili paste 50g

大醬:
韓國大醬 150克 - Korean miso 150g
糖 15克 - Sugar 15g
蒜頭 4瓣 - 4 cloves of Garlic
麻油 1茶匙 - 1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
