Motu comes crying to Dr.Jhatka for help. He begs him to do something that would make Chaiwala forget about his debt. Dr.Jhatka gives him a needle that has to be poked into Chaiwala. When the needles hits Chingam, John, Chaiwala and Boxer, each one of them starts to act weirdly.
