In this video I install an LED fog light and Daytime Running Light DRL Kit from eBay on my 2021 RAV4 LE.

Then we also replaced the manufactures bulb with a switchback to allow white or yellow fog lights at the touch of a button.

The outer "c" shaped LED goes from continuous daytime running white light to amber when the blinker or hazards are used.
