In this episode, we look at the use of the LL scales to find the geometric mean of a group of numbers. This is a very practical way of evaluating the results of an experiment.
In the second part of the video we take a closer look at exponents and how to use them in calculations. This is what the LL scales were meant to do. We finish off with a complicated equation involving a variable in an exponent and learn how to solve it with the help of the LL scales.
