Former Houston Texans defensive lineman Seth Payne takes a look at Texans rookie free agent defensive lineman Pheldarius Payne (no relation!). Pheldarius took a long and winding road to Houston, with stops at Lakawanna Junior College, Nebraska, and Virginia Tech. He has played outside linebacker, defensive end, and defensive tackle at a wide range of body weights. He is very quick for a defensive tackle, and made a lot of plays at that position last year.
