We are going to get a great no-repeat cardio workout while building muscular endurance with this safe-for-all-trimesters pregnancy HIIT cardio workout! This is a low-impact no-repeat cardio workout that is a great option to add during your pregnancy to keep your fitness up and bonus, this is a no-equipment workout!

I have found personally that maintaining my fitness during pregnancy has made my pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum, so much easier! I wanted to create a pregnancy-friendly cardio option that was challenging and fun! This is that workout!

In 20 minutes we will work through 4 circuits, 24 total exercises with high-intensity, low-impact pushes! These exercises will boost your heart rate and build upper body, lower body, and core endurance for a full-body training session!

As with any workout, but especially during pregnancy, listen to your body!! If something doesn't feel right, don't do it! Also, take additional breaks when needed and adjust the intensity to your level!
