Kasey Chambers is an Australian country music icon. Her heartfelt songs and powerful voice have touched millions of people over her hugely successful career. To say I was excited to have Kasey join me for tea is an understatement! I have been a huge fan of her music for a long time and upon meeting her over the years, she proved to be the real and raw human she displays both on and off the camera. Our chat was in depth, honest and full of surprises. We talk about how Kasey got her big break into the music industry, juggling career and motherhood, songwriting and her struggle with an eating disorder.

To top it off Kasey shares her recent and exciting project – a fashion label! *spoiler (check out her outfit in this pic) Actually, no…to really top it off – Kasey brought her guitar along and belted out a tune for me right there on the couch. I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by her voice, her passion and unique authentic approach to this thing we call life.

I loved every minute of this interview and wish I could do it a million times over.
