Give this breakfast Avocado Bagel a try. We made a few different versions. We started with a basic Avocado with egg and cheese for those who are glutton free. We did a couple bagels with avocado with egg and cheese for those who don't like the meat. We then opened it up and did a bacon egg and cheese avocado and then the meat lovers Avacado Beal with Egg Cheese Bacon and Suasage.

These are very simple Avocado Bagel recipes. You could also make avocado toast or use English muffins, etc... Anyway you make them I'm sure you'll enjoy them.
