In this vlog I headed up to Donegal with my team for the 2023 National Cross Country Championships. It was a great day for both myself and my club with Clonliffes senior men taking the team national title. The u16 clonliffe team took an amazing second place and everyone had an amazing individual performance. I got the opportunity to interview Nick Griggs, Ciara Mageean, Sarah Healy, Michelle Finn, Darragh McElinney, Efrem Gidey, Hiko and Keelan Kilrehill after their races. I hope you all enjoy!!!
