Baby Top and Sharara Style Palazzo With Jacket Cutting and Stitching | DIY Baby Trendy Dress

Welcome to my channel! In today’s video, I’m going to show you how to make a trendy baby dress featuring a top, sharara style palazzo, and a cute jacket. Follow along for a fun and easy DIY project!

Materials Needed:

• Fabric (cotton, silk, or any soft material)
• Scissors
• Measuring tape
• Sewing machine
• Thread and needle
• Elastic
• Pins

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Fabric Preparation:

• Choose a fabric that is soft and comfortable for babies.
• Prewash and iron the fabric to remove any shrinkage.

2. Cutting the Top:

• Measure your baby’s chest and length for the top.
• Fold the fabric and mark the measurements.
• Cut the fabric, leaving a 1-inch seam allowance.

3. Stitching the Top:

• Sew the shoulder seams together.
• Hem the neckline and armholes.
• Stitch the side seams.
• Add any embellishments like buttons or lace.

4. Cutting the Sharara Palazzo:

• Measure the waist and desired length.
• Fold the fabric and mark the measurements, making it wide for the flare.
• Cut the fabric, leaving a 1-inch seam allowance.

5. Stitching the Palazzo:

• Sew the inner leg seams.
• Join the crotch seams.
• Hem the bottom of the palazzo.
• Add elastic to the waist.

6. Cutting the Jacket:

• Measure your baby’s chest and length for the jacket.
• Fold the fabric and mark the measurements.
• Cut the fabric, leaving a 1-inch seam allowance.

7. Stitching the Jacket:

• Sew the shoulder and side seams.
• Hem the neckline, front, and bottom edges.
• Add any embellishments like buttons or lace.

8. Final Touches:

• Iron the pieces for a neat finish.
• Pair the top, palazzo, and jacket together to complete the look.
