This is the best CheeseCake I’ve ever tasted!💕

Ingredients :

Filling
32 oz Cream Cheese

1/3C sour cream

1C Sugar

1 Banana Cream Pudding mix (3.4 oz)

2 cap vanilla

3 Large eggs

2 TBSP all purpose flour

1/4th tsp salt

Crust
2C Crushed Chessman cookies
8 Tbsp of Melted unsalted butter
Decor:
Extra Creamy Whipped Cream

3 cookies to Smash & sprinkle

Half Cookies to decor

Bake this cheesecake on 325f for 1 hour & 30 minutes exactly. Middle rack

Turn off Oven & open the door. Let the cheesecake remain In the oven for 1 hour.
( we do this because we don want our cheesecake to crack. When using a lot of eggs, drastic changes In temperature can cause cracks)

Allow Cheesecake to cool In the fridge for at least 7 hours.
