Taken from the Friday Night Movie presentation of "Silver Streak" on independent station WGN in Chicago.

While WGN had been a national cable/satellite superstation for about four and a half years by 1983, this tape came from the Chicagoland area and was thus likely recorded off-the-air from its local channel 9 signal. I don't know if the national feed in 1983 would have kept the local Chicago spots; by the time I lived in an area where WGN was available on the local cable system, which was around 1996, the superstation feed covered the Chicago breaks with national and headend-inserted local advertising.

As of yesterday (9/19/2019), the purchase of Tribune's properties has closed and WGN is now a Nexstar station.
