North American pitcher plants or Sarracenia make beautiful and interesting subjects in ponds! This is a video of a pond at Mount Cambewarra Lookout Cafe. What really grabbed my attention (apart from the beautiful sound of running water) was the sight of these unique pitcher plants. Sarracenia like to have their 'feet wet' where they grow in constantly moist soil.
