This will be my last Polycarbonate greenhouse, it's been a nightmare. It's been a constant battle to keep it in one piece over the past 3 years as the wind tried to take it from me. Fitting additional bracing and lots of mastic the greenhouse has weathered a few storms and has stayed in one piece. Now I get a 'kick in the teeth' speaking metaphorically as the UV rays degrade and destroy the Polycarbonate sheets. The sheets have a UV protective coating that's clearly age limiting. Its only 3 years since I built this greenhouse and it's been trouble all the way. Replacing the roof is the final straw. I will never have another Polycarbonate greenhouse.
