Episode 28: Smoked Chicken Noodle Soup

Today, I’m going to show you how to make THE BEST Smoked Chicken Noodle Soup! We will be smoking a whole chicken and using it in our soup. Although the soup itself is not smoked, the smoked chicken packs the soup with that amazing smoke flavor without over powering it!

Things we need:
•Whole Chicken (mine was 5.5lbs)
•One whole Sweet Onion
•Two Carrot Sticks
•Two Celery Sticks
•Four 32oz containers of Chicken Broth
•1 Lb Wide Egg Noodles
•Wishing Well BBQ Texas Cowboy Rub (or your favorite SPG)
