Just a quick video to show how I installed my amp and subwoofer in my 2014 Ford Focus SE Hatchback. It took me a while to run all the wires because I wanted to do it right. Hopefully this will help you out.

Subwoofer shown: 2010 Kicker Comp Vr Series 10" 4 Ohm DVC (10crv10-4)
Amplifier shown: Pioneer GM-D7500M Class-D Mono Amp

Parts:
-Kicker 09ZCK4 wiring kit (I got mine on Amazon)
-Tap ins from Radio Shack http://www.radioshack.com/product/ind...
-Some Weather Stripping Glue to seal the hole in the grommet.
-Electrical tape
Extra zip ties the wiring kit came with some, but I needed more.
-Basic tools
-Socket set
-screw drivers
-utility knife
-Metal hanger (to pull wire through gaps)
-Wire cutters and strippers
