'Egg curry'
Good with rice and roti

Ingredients:
egg - 5 (boiled)
chopped onion - 2 (medium size)
garlic paste - 1 tbsp
ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
green chilies - 3
chopped tomato - 2 (medium size)
curry leaves , coriander leaves
coconut - 1/2 cup( 6 tbsp)
cashew nut - 4
kas kas (white poppy seeds) - 1/2 tsp
chili powder - 1 tbsp
coriander powder - 1 tbsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp
mustard
salt
coconut oil/oil
hot water - 1 1/2 glass (380 ml )

coating for egg fry :
chili powder - 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
little salt.
