It's been 3, maybe 4 or 5 years since I finished the main "meat' of this video. I initially wanted to use this as a sort of "proof of concept" of an idea for a video series based on the Gridman franchise's "multiversal" aspect.

However, I had to put the project and many others on ice once I entered college again to get my degree and certification in animation. Over time I told myself I'd go back and fix it up.

However the program kept crashing whenever I tried to edit it or fix it, and some files became lost when my previous HD died.

Thus it kept discouraging me from going back and fixing some things, and I didn't have time to animate new scenes.

But I decided it's been long enough, you all should see the full extent of what I wanted to show you years ago.

Anyways, things about the vid, I wanted to showcase a voiced section explaining why Shinji Ikari was kidnapped by a supposed "Cyber Demon" to use his memories and emotions to create kaiju for nefarious reasons.

As for why and how, That's because this Ikari comes from the Universal Studios Japan Ride and is thus, a Repli-Compoid, or a digital being that's a replica of the actual Ikari.

Each world in Gridman is its own separate reality, whether digital or otherwise, in the case of digital worlds, every one is confined to a particular electronic and is separated by "barriers" between them, the USJ Evangelion is confined to the ride.

The idea was that Gridman and these other 3 were tasked with protecting those barriers from beings that would exploit them for malicious reasons.

Or at least that would have been explained had I had more time to plan that portion out that explains it all.

But given my busy schedule, and the amount of time I've been waiting to just get back to it, I figured I'd post it now to give you all what I consider a proof of concept for this, and if you all like it, maybe I'll develop it into something further.

Things to apologize: The apparent difference in animation since this all spans across 2 years I worked on it, so naturally there's a difference in quality. I apologize for the silent sections because I couldn't find the time to get voice actors or get that segment done due to my work on animation commissions.

Things to look forward to: If this gets a positive overall viewing experience, then I'll see about pushing forward my idea on it. As well as that Sevengar and Jet Jagar short.
