A super impromptu video that I made while replacing the rear bumper cover on a 2006 Cadillac CTS that I was flipping. Please excuse the sloppy footage. I wasn't planning to record and my camerawork was sloppy. Still, I hope it was helpful!

This is a super simple job, and can be completed with very basic tools. Estimated completion time is 15-30 minutes.

You will need:
A 10mm deep well socket and wrench, or a 10mm box end wrench
A 7mm 1/4in drive socket and wrench, or a 7mm box end wrench.
Something with which to remove plastic pins (I used a flatblade screwdriver and a pair of needlenose pliers)

Steps are basically to remove the trunk trim, which gives access to four 10mm nuts that need to be removed. Then remove the four plastic pins that hold the fender liners in place, and move the liners out of the way. This gives (very limited) access to a 7mm bolt on each side of the car that need to be removed. Note that while removing the wheel is not necessary, it gives a lot of extra room. Finally, three plastic pins on the bottom of the cover underneath the car need to come out, and then the bumper cover can be removed.

Feel free to ask any questions that you may have, and I'll try to be quick about answering them. Also, please do give a like and subscribe. It's easy for you and it helps me a lot!
