Orienting is a natural practice we do using our senses to sense our level of safety or perceived threat in our Environments and our Nervous Systems respond accordingly… either by preparing us to meet whatever we sense and keep us safe or by relaxing into the Safety of Our Environments.
This Orienting Meditation specifically focuses on the Auditory sense (Listening) to sense our Environments and to signal safety to our Nervous System via what we perceive in our environments… which for the most case and for the purpose of this meditation will be a safe or non threatening environment.
