Ingredients
Kerala banana - 3 or 4
Carrot - 1 small
Coconut - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 1.5 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch or Ginger powder - 1.5 tsp
Curry leaves - 10 to 12
Green chilli - 1 medium sized
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric - a pinch
Salt as per taste
Water as required

Method
In a mixer jar add coconut, Cumin seeds, Ginger, 5 to 6 curry leaves, Green Chilli and coarse grind them and keep it aside.
In a pan add in chopped bananas and carrot along with salt and turmeric. Sprinkle some water and cook for 5 minutes or until it turns a little mushy kind. Remove and keep aside.
In the same pan or a different pan as per your wish, add in oil, mustard seed and curry leaves.
Then add cooked bananas and coconut mixture and salt as required.
Let it cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the flame and enjoy with rice.
