Khublei paralok! Mynta ka sngi ngin ia peit kumno ban shet jyntah Shriew bad ka dohkha tyrkhong. Ka long ka rukom kaba suk bha, bad ka ym tang ba ka bang hynrei ngi tip ruh ba kaba bam shriew ka pynkhlain ia ki shyieng jong ngi. Te ia ngin ia shet ia ka jingbam kaba bang bad ruh ha kajuh ka por kaba iarap shibun ia ka met jong ngi.

Ingredients used:
- Yam ~ 5 to 6 big pieces
- Dried fish ~ 2 - 3 big pieces
- Garlic (Smashed) ~ 5 - 6 gloves
- Ginger (Smashed) ~ One medium sized piece
- Black sesame seeds (Paste) ~ 2 teaspoonful
- Turmeric powder ~ half teaspoon
- Salt ~ As per taste.
