Hand routed wood sign made from a piece of Hard Maple. I used my Dewalt 611 palm router with a profile bit and a 60 degree bit to create this Broken Heart wood sign. With my router, I hand carved outline and used my v bit to make a textured background. I sprayed the letters using spray stencil ink and finished with a clear coat.
