Things to keep in mind:

Bali weather is very hot, so pack accordingly.
Best to carry a hand fan
Pre book you ferry tix to Gili T. Drive from Seminyak to Ferry is 2 hours + 2 hour ferry ride to Gili T. So book accordingly.
Gili T is fabbbb! You can walk around in your swimwear, wear no makeup & just unwind. This goes for the entire Bali trip though.
Definitely do the sunset snorkelling in Gili T, it costs less than 1000 INR per person.
Get massages!


Important: If you do not know how to swim in the ocean, please opt for a life jacket. I am very comfortable swimming in the ocean therefore I did not need to use it. Swimming in a pool vs ocean is very different! Please be careful.
