How do you lookup pool addresses on KyberSwap?
It's a required step for doing swaps and liquidity transactions programmatically.
There can be many pools on Kyber with different configuations, but there is no centralized app for looking up pool addresses (like Uniswap has).
This video shows you how to lookup a KyberSwap pool address for a given factory.
Here we'll use the DMM (dynamic market maker) factory.
