Try this recipe for simple healthy version of no bake cookies.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup nut butter
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup oats
Over medium heat in a small pot, combine coconut oil, maple syrup and nut butter until smooth. Add cocoa powder and stir until smooth. Add oat and stir to combine. Do not boil. Drop into 12 cookies on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Place in freezer for 20 to set. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
