Water As Per Required ( पानी )

1 Kg Mutton Liver ( कलेजी )
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste ( अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट )
200 Gr Curd ( दही )
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder ( धनिया मसाला )
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder ( लाल मिर्च मसाला )
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder ( हल्दी मसाला )
1 Tsp Cumin Powder ( ज़ीरा मसाला )
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder ( काली मिर्च मसाला )
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick ( 1 इन्च दाल चीनी टुकड़ा )
1 Black Cardamom ( 1 बड़ी काली इलायची )
2 Green Cardamom ( 2 हरी छोटी इलायची )
4 Cloves ( लौंग )
10 Black Pepper Corn ( काली मिर्च )
1 Bay Leaf ( तेज़ पत्ता )
1/2 Tsp Cumin ( ज़ीरा )
1 Tbsp Fenugreek Leaves ( कसूरी मेथी )
1 Tsp Salt ( नमक )
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder ( गरम मसाला )
150 Gr Oil ( तेल )
1 Handful Coriander Leaves ( हरा धनिया )
Half Lemon ( आधा नींबू )
