🇺🇲 United States Size Small second week of September 1991 MSA MCU2-A/P Gas mask issued to Sarah M Cummings on September 30th, 2005.

The kit Sarah Cummings was issued with was an MCU waterproof bag, an information tag, and a QNFT data sheet that is not pictured due to it showing Sarah's SSN, an outsert, a later model Nylon Bag, and a C2 Filter.

The lens on this MCU has completely yellowed over, yet it is still clear enough to use. The filter has clearly expired since it was made in the early 1990s likely. The exhale valve cap is matching with the mask, and the masks serial number matches the QNFT sheet.
