In this video in Hindi we discussed about motion of a body, point of reference, frame of reference etc. in Physics. It is explained, very simply, what the different types of motion are. When a body has no motion we say that the body is at rest. But we also discussed that the concept of rest or motion is not absolute; it is relative - relative to the observer or say, the frame of reference or the reference point. In this video we gave a clear and detailed view about reference point and frame of reference.
