This Hibiscus Sour is simple and make and Tastes Delicious with Sin Pena Mezcal

Recipe
1 1/2 oz or 75 ml Sin Pena
1/2 oz or 15 ml Vida
3/4 oz or 22 ml Lime juice
3/4 oz or 22 ml Hibiscus Syrup
3/4 oz or 22 ml Foaming Syrup
Hibiscus Syrup
50 grams Hibiscus Flowers
500 grams boiled water
400 grams sugar
1. pour boiling water over Hibiscus and steep for 20 minutes
2. strain liquid and reheat on stove over low heat with sugar until sugar completely dissolves.
