I kept getting asked to try the vegan carrot salmon, but I knew that would probably work well and there was a lot of different recipes so lets try them all! Vegan Carrot Lox, Vegan Daikon Lox, Beet Lox, and Pepper Lox!

1 Cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp white vinegar or rice vinegar
1 tsp caper liquid
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tbls Kelp Granules
1 tbls light flavor oil
