Kay Burley asked the interim chair of the Conservative Party Richard Fuller why his party crashed to a historic defeat in the general election.

Mr Fuller said it "comes down to the behaviour of the parliamentary party".

"We looked divided, we looked like we were self-serving, and those things led us to lose focus on competent delivery on the priorities of the British public."
