Toto Wolff has one of the hardest jobs in the universe right now—finding a replacement for one of the biggest icons in the sport and the driver who won six championships for his team—and that does seem to be a mission that’s going extremely hard for him right now. With a couple of other superstar drivers already signing their extensions beyond 2025, the bombshell of Hamilton was something they did not expect at any given point, which means that the job has only been made harder by these circumstances.
