In this follow along mobility video I'm going to be taking you through a beginners hip mobility sequence. This routine also contains some movement patterns at the end so that you can use your increased hip mobility in those movement training patterns. Overtime you will feel the difference in mobility, range of motion, progress and improvement in your movement training and general lower hip and lower body mobility.

The flexibility work here will help with your overall movement capacity and more specifically towards goals like the pancake stretch for press to handstand.
