Out of the recipes I have tried for White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies this has ended up being my favorite! It is very simple and quick to make these cookies!

Before you get started on this recipe....go ahead and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Ingredients you will Need
2 Sticks of Butter (1 Cup)
1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
12oz White Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 Cups Dry Roasted Macadamia Nut Pieces
2 Eggs

Baking time is 10-12 Minutes depending on if you prefer your cookies soft or crunchy!
