Emperor Hulkling got a small buff this week, but was that enough to make him a good addition to the Big Bads deck?

Power Estimate: This deck had a really good run for me, landing at 11-6, despite running Emperor Hulkling who felt mostly useless. I think a lot of wins came off the back of Galactus, so I do wonder if a dedicated Galactus deck would just perform better, but this still had some definite capability.
