In the context of tender, BOQ is a document that contains the quantity of the goods, service, or work sought by the tender authority, as well as information about its quality or specification which can be used to estimate our work. टेंडर के संदर्भ में देखें तो BOQ एक ऐसा डॉक्यूामेंट है जिसमें टेंडर ऑथॉरिटी द्वारा मांगी गई वस्तु , सर्विस, या वर्क की क्वांटिटी अंकित रहती है साथ ही उसकी गुणवत्ता या स्पेससिफिकेशन के बारे में भी जानकारी रहती है जो कि हमारे वर्क को एस्टीमेट करने में सहायता प्रदान करता है साथ ही हमारे द्वारा टेंडर ऑथॉरिटी को दिये जाने वाली दरों के लिये ब्लैंक स्पेस रहता है जहां हमें अपनी दरें कोट करनी रहती हैं। eprocurement में B.O.Q. को समझ लेना अत्यावश्यक है।
आइये हम अपने टेंडर पोर्टल से एक BOQ डाउनलोड कर लेते हैं डाउनलोड किये हुये जिप फॉल्डर में हमें एक एक्स एल एस फाइल मिलती है जिसका नाम BOQ और साथ में टेंडर नम्बर रहता है। ये माइक्रोसॉफट एक्सैल की फाइल होती है जिसका एक्सटेंशन एक्स.एल.एस. होता है। तो आइये इसको ओपन करके देखते हैं कि इसमें क्या क्या है।
