Vanilla essence
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1.5-2 medium apples, chopped (1.5-2 cup)
walnuts, choc chips, peanut choc chips to taste
