This is my take on millionaire shortbread, easy to make and really delicious. I use soft fudge instead of caramel and it is just amazing.

Base
100g sugar
200g butter
300g flour

Middle (enough for a separate treat)
450g sugar
400g double cream
50g butter

Chocolate for the topping.
