For today’s topic, we are going to talk about the “Oxygen cycle”.

Take a deep breath in and then breathe out. If you don't have coughs and colds, then it's a clear yummy breeze, right? So why do we need to breathe in and breathe out? let's dive in and find out!

We, living things breathe through the process called respiration, that's when oxygen is breathed in and carbon dioxide is breathed out.

But mostly, we survive because of oxygen. It's the food for our cells!

Oxygen can be found in our atmosphere. In fact, this gas makes up about 30% of the earth and about 21% of the air in the earth’s atmosphere! It also makes up about 65% of the mass of the human body.

But since all of us are using it, will it run out eventually? The answer is nope!
Nature is so good at balancing things, that's why there is a process called the oxygen cycle.
