This one is great, for me it's like the proper Mega Man 2.

To be honest, when it first released I hated it for everything. "Why did Capcom make an 8-bit game again!? MM8 was so pretty! They could've done something even better." I still feel a bit of that even nowadays, but after playing MM9 a few times I've come to really like it.
