They belong to Juist like the white sand on the beach: horses. Because without them (almost) nothing works on the car-free island. And so Stefan Pinnow explores the "Töwerland" - East Frisian for "magic land" - by carriage and bicycle: he visits Inka Munier in their horse haulage and Reiner Behrends in his Westentaschen hardware store. Jens Heyken, head of the National Park House, shows him the "glue point" between Juist East and West, tries the "world-famous" mares in the Bill domain, and while Boßeln he should actually learn how the rules work. Together with island blogger Uta Jentjens, Stefan Pinnow is practicing surf fishing, completing a crash course in climate therapy and singing 70s hits in the cult bar "Hummer-Köbes".
