INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER 3F CREAM SEPARATOR: Here is a video of a cream separator we sold two years ago. Just in case anyone out there wanted to see (and hear) one in action. Capacity was 750 lbs per hour (about 87 gallons). Whole raw milk is placed in top bowl and spinning disks separate the skim milk from the cream with centrifugal force.
