나둥이들 안녕하세요~ 오늘은 요즘 제가 하고 있는 자기 전 루틴을 보여드리려고 해요!!❤️

제가 원래 엄청 꼼꼼하고, 다이어리꾸미기를 미친 듯이 잘 하고, 매일매일 꾸준히 쓰는 사람이 아니었다 보니... 좀 안 예쁘고(?) 허술해 보일 수 있겠지만🥲 나둥이들은 저보다 더 잘 할 수 있을 거예요!!!!💕💕💕

새해 다짐 이후부터 꾸준히 이런 시간을 가지고 있는데, 이를 통해 제가 이번 노트에 적었던 ‘밀도 있는 삶’에 조금씩 다가가고 있다는 생각이 들어요. 밀도 있는 삶이란 어찌 보면 빈 공간을 나에게 필요한 시간으로 꾹꾹 눌러 담는 거니까요🥰

혹시 여유가 되는 나둥이들은 1시간 이상, 혹은 여유가 없는 나둥이들은 10분-30분이라도! 꼭 혼자만의, 나만의 시간을 가져보셨으면 좋겠어요! 지금은 내가 뭘 원하는지 모르지만, 혼자 책상에 앉아서 끄적이다 보면 자연스럽게 머릿속에 떠오른답니다☺️ 그렇게 내가 원하는 걸 깨닫고, 실천하는 과정으로 삶을 채워나가면 어느새 우리는 아주 밀도 높은 삶을 살고 있겠지요~?❤️❤️

꼭 오늘 제 영상처럼 하지 않더라도(왜냐면 저는 허술하거든요...!ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ) 각자만의 방식으로, 나둥이들이 자기 전 힐링타임을 가지시길 바라며...!!!❤️ 저는 오늘도 인사를 드리겠습니다ㅎㅎ 항상 영상 봐주셔서 정말 감사드려요. 알라뷰🥰

I’m not the meticulous, super good at decorating, often write diary type of girl.. so it might look messy and not pretty(?)🥲 Nadoongies will be better than me!!!!💕💕💕

I’ve been having these kind of times after my new year goal, I feel like I'm gradually approaching the ‘fulfilling life' I wrote about in this notebook. A fulfilling life, in a way, is compressing empty spaces into time that I need for myself 🥰

For those who have the luxury, even if it's just an hour, or for those who don't, even 10-30 minutes! I hope you all take some time for yourselves, alone with your thoughts. Even if you don't know what you want right now, sitting alone at your desk and jotting things down naturally brings ideas to mind☺️ We’d realize what we want and fill our lives through the process of action and before we know it, we'll be living very dense lives, won't we? ❤️❤️
