To celebrate Amtrak’s 50th anniversary of beginning service on May 1, 1971, I wanted to do a special commemorative video, but unfortunately, just like so many of Amtrak’s trains, that video is delayed. Instead, here’s a video I shot on 04/23/21 of afternoon rush hour trains at New Brunswick, NJ and Avelia Liberty testing at Princeton Junction!

I was filming with ‪@alanthefisher‬ and we got to see the Avelia make at least 1 pass at 160 mph or 257 kmh!
