We are finally getting some news about Natlan characters, so in this video, let's take a look at all the information we've gathered about the new characters in the past few days.

Natlan is set to be released on August 28th. However, there is still room for changes, so keep that in mind.

The sources of the following information are UncleK, UncleW, Foul, and Teammew. A couple of them are fairly reliable sources, so this information is trustworthy.

It's been reported that the opening 5.0 version of the banners will include three new characters:

A 5-star male with a two-handed sword and Dendro vision. This character is brown and is a middle-sized boy, similar to Bennett. It won't be xbalanque, since he is a Pyro sovereign, and this character is Dendro. So let's move on.

The next 5-star character in version 5.0 will be a Hydro middle-sized girl who uses a catalyst. She is also brown like the Dendro character, and what is very exciting about her is that she has some kind of fast-traveling mechanics through water.

Lastly, a 4-star female character wielding a polearm and having a Geo element is also set to release in 5.0.

This 4-star character is probably Iansan, whom we saw in the trailer since she looks like a short character.

Also, Teammew once again forwarded data from UncleK that there will be one character each in patches 5.1 and 5.2, most likely of five-star rarity.

Judging by the current information, the developers have decided to move away from the character release plan familiar to players from Sumeru and Fontaine. Unlike the last two regions, the opening of Natlan will add two new characters to the banners at once, and in this case, you will have to save up Primogems in advance.

It's worth mentioning that xbalanque won't be released in 5.1. We got some lore-related info about him, but I won't spoil that for you. If you want to know it, go look for it yourself.

Following the releases of Sumeru and Fontaine, Genshin released the major trailers for both on July 2nd, which means we're about 1 week away from the big Natlan trailer. These trailers showed important characters from the region and gave a better idea of what to expect.

There we will most likely see all the characters and the Pyro Archon, who will most likely be released in 5.2.

The release of xbalanque will probably be in 5.3 since 5.4 will most likely be the Lantern Rite festival. From the new info from hxg_diluc, Madam Ping will become playable in this version, and her weapon suits Xiao very well.

From that, we can infer that she will be a 5-star character.

And maybe around 5.5, we will get the Columbina release. Yes, you heard it right. She will be the next playable Harbinger and probably will become the next weekly boss.

Natlan is going to be huge. From the previous information about the size of the territories of the Pyro region in patch 5.0, they are approximately equal to the maps of version 3.1 in Sumeru, which means the entire desert with its underground passages.

That means there will be a lot of chests, quests, and puzzles to explore and get some Primogems for the 2 new 5-star characters in 5.0.
