Aux lights are very important safety feature one can get installed on motorcycles. Stock lights on motorcycles barely illuminate the road ahead, especially when you want to carry highway speeds. However, please note that, the bright aux lights should be used for illumination and not to disturb on-coming traffic. As a responsible rider, you must ensure that you are riding with the right setting of your aux lights. I do not use aux light in city. While on the highway, I set the dimmer dial to 60% brightness with low beam. As we have a designated wire connecting the high beam, the GR50X works at 100% intensity when we switch to high beam. So, when I switch to high-beam, the lights automatically work at full intensity.
