• Tea leaves (2 tsp or 2 bags) + water 230 ml
• Sugar - 60-70 g
• Jam (any) - 3 tbsp.
• Flour - 250 g
• Baking Powder - 16-18 g
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

--- 2 --- Pie "One-two-done!"
• Jam (any liquid seedless jam) - 1 cup
• Kefir (or sour milk) - 1 cup
• Sugar - 0.5 cup
• Flour - 2.5 glasses
• Baking soda - 1 tsp.
• Eggs - 2 pcs.

--- 3 --- Mannik* with kefir
• Kefir - 500 ml
• Semolina - 1.5 cups
• Flour - 0.5 cup
• Sugar - 1 cup
• Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Butter (or margarine) - 40 g
• Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
*Mannik - is a Russian pie made from semolina.

--- 4 --- Honey Pie
• Honey - 100 g
• Flour - 170 g
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Sugar - 120 g
• Baking soda - 1 tsp.
• Kefir - 100 g

--- 5 --- A Pie from my Childhood

• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Sugar - 200 g
• Flour - 220 g
• Mayonnaise - 80 g
• Baking soda - 1 tsp.
